Our 4000–sq meters factory at Nanpi City, Hebei Province, in China, about 2 hours driving from Tianjin Port. Employing 100 skilled staff, Flying Dragon wheel weights Co., Ltd. is running on shift basis to ensure delivery schedules. With over 100 sets of stamping machines from 15 T to 100T, 2 sets of Zinc plating production line，electrostatic coating machine, we own the capacity to produce over 1000 tons of various wheel weights each year. Lead-free wheel balance weights |
Flying Dragon Zinc & Fe weights are environment friendly and strictly in conformity with Europe regulation on wheel balance weights: Lead, Mercury, hexavalent Chromium ≤0.1%, Cadmium ≤0.01%. We use high pure #0 Zinc ingot as raw material and content of hazardous elements Lead & Cadmium is much lower than requirements and no Mercury & hexavalent Chromium elements available in our products. For Zinc plating, trivalent Chromium is used in stead of hexavalent Chromium as passivation solution. |
